This SoC integrates Cortex-M3 CPU, Flash, RF Transceiver, CMOS PA, BaseBand. It applies multi interfaces such as SDIO, SPI, UART, GPIO, I²C, PWM, I²S, 7816. W500 is a low power consumption and safe multi-mode Wi-Fi SoC chip for Internet of Things application, which is complying with IEEE802.11b/g/n international standard and has passed the authentication of 802.11n standard. The chip is integrated by 802.11n MAC, baseband, RF, 32bit ARM core and TCP/IP network protocol. Built-in WAPI/WEP/WPA/WPA2 security co-processor, supports PS 11e/WMM-QoS and PS low-power function.
